Ready Made Products – Handmade Toys
Details will always be advertised in advance over on my social media pages of any handmade toys coming up for sale. These will usually be for sale during my market weekends either via my Etsy shop on a first come first serve basis, via Ballot on Facebook, Auction via my Ebay shop or a combination of all these methods. Once one of these products has been purchased or won payment will be required either immediately or within a 24 hour period. All ready made products will be collected by courier within 1-3 workings days of placing your order (unless otherwise notified via email)
Order Slots – Handmade Toys
At the start of each month order slots will be available via my Etsy shop. These slots will be limited and will be available 1 month in advance to the toy being made. Slots will be advertised on my social media pages in advance for a set time and date. Once the slots become live they will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Payment will be required in full at the time of ordering. You will be required to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org once your order has been placed to discuss order details. Once an order has been commenced you will be notified by email/social media and kept up to date with your orders progress along the way. Orders will be made during the selected months slot and posted out to you by courier once completed.
Toy Noise Inserts
All of my current stock of toy noise inserts are sold via my ETSY or EBAY shop and will be posted out within 3-5 working days unless otherwise notified via email.
Memory Makes – Order Slots
Order slots for my memory makes will be released at the start of each month 2 months in advance of the order being started for my memory makes over in my Etsy shop. These spaces will be offered for sale on a first come first serve basis and will require full payment at the time of purchasing. Each memory make must be predominately made from pre-worn clothing provided by each customer and can not be made out of fabrics used for my handmade toys. Each is truly unique and may differ in appearance depending upon the clothing used to create it. Each memory make takes approx. 4-6 items of baby clothing such as baby vests, sleepsuits, t-shirts and trousers, dresses and so forth to make each keepsake. Each one is approx. 12-14″ tall and are combined with 100% felt features and stuffed with carded polyester fibre fill.
Any complete unused items of clothing will be returned to you along with your finished make however any other off cuts will be discarded unless otherwise requested. Any larger off cuts will be kept for a period of one month after your memory make has been completed encase you wish to have them returned. Please note these returns will be subject to a courier cost of £3.30 unless arranged prior to your make being completed. After one month these off cuts will also be discarded.
As my memory makes are bespoke they are not covered by our cancellations and return policy unless they arrive damaged or are faulty upon delivery.
‘Odds & Soxlets’ uses 3rd party processes to process all payments. Each payment takes place behind a digitally encrypted, secure server to ensure all of your personal information is protected. Please Note: The address on your pay pal account will be the address your items are posted to. Please ensure this address is correct at the time of purchase.
Once your order has been completed you will be notified by email when it has been dispatched with any tracking details where applicable.

Any excess postage which has been paid with a multiple order will be refunded back into your pay pal account once your order is being processed (UK) or posted (Overseas).
If you would like an alternative delivery method or if you live outside the UK mainland then please email me at: email@example.com for further details and a postage quote prior to placing your order. If you are outside the UK mainland and have already made a purchase please note you will be required to pay any additional postal charges before the items are posted.
Non UK /EU customers may have to pay an import/customs charge to have goods from the UK imported into your country of origin. Please Note: Odds & Soxlets are not responsible for these charges and it lies with the customer to pay these charges as and when necessary..
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to me for a refund/replacement or credit note within 14 days of receipt in a new/unused condition, please ensure you have notified us via email of this decision as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: bespoke and personalised items are not covered by this cancellation/returns policy and can not be returned unless damaged or faulty. If your order has been damaged or is faulty upon delivery please contact us immediately to resolve the problem.
If you would like to return your purchase fill in our Returns/Cancellation Form and either post it back to us with your returns or scan and email it through to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not have the facilities to do this please write down the information requested on the form and attach to your return or post through the required information. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation/returns policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty. In this case we will cover the cost of returning the items where necessary.
Custom orders – you may cancel your contract for a service or goods that are yet to be made within a 3 month period from your order date. Orders over this period, or orders which have required the additional purchase of fabrics for your order, unfortunately, cannot be cancelled. Your contract will still remain valid and you are still entitled to your custom order.
PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders placed over 6 months ago will be made at the discretion of Odds & Soxlets. Custom orders over 1 year old, will have the contract cancelled and no items made. No refunds will be given.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of the receipt of the ‘Cancellation/Return’ form, provided the goods are returned within the 14 day period. All refunds will include the cost of standard postage for your order. PLEASE NOTE: All refunds will be processed via pay pal.
Toy Noise Inserts
Bulk orders for handmade toy makers or mixed toy noise insert packs for those dabbling in toy making available upon request. Please message me with further details of what you would like to order so that I can provide you with a quote.
I am currently not taking custom orders however I offer order slots for various makes which can be purchased at the start of each month where available. Please contact me directly for further information.
Although every effort is made to ensure our soxlets are of the highest quality, if you experience a problem with your product please comment below and email me at: email@example.com with full details so that I can deal with your issue immediately.
Please Note: Odds & Soxlets will only take responsibility for genuine faults to any of our toys or damage caused to your package during delivery . We will not take responsibility for any damaged caused to one of our handmade toys including their clothing/accessories if they have been incorrectly washed, have general wear and tear or have been mistreated.
Please wait a minimum of 15 working days in the UK or 30 days to the rest of the world to contact us regarding a non delivered order.
